Refund Policy
All subscription obligations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
All subscription commitments are final. Once a subscription fee has been paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases where Editone international CRM fails to meet its obligations as defined in our Terms of Service.
Editone international CRM maintains a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy for active subscription payments. In certain cases, users may be offered a trial period under separate and specific terms for individual services. Once a subscription is confirmed, the service will be delivered for the full duration and under the conditions specified in the respective service terms and conditions. We strongly encourage all users to carefully review these terms before subscribing.
For subscriptions with automated billing (such as credit or debit card payments), your card will be automatically charged at each renewal interval (for example: monthly or yearly). To avoid future charges, you must notify us via email prior to the renewal date. Please note that any cancellation request received after a renewal charge has already been processed will not be eligible for a refund.
If you encounter difficulties with the core features of Editone international CRM, such as adding or managing leads, setting manual reminders, or creating groups, our team is committed to assisting you in resolving these issues. However, refunds will not be issued for operational or usability concerns related to these functionalities. Our support team will work with you to resolve persistent issues, but refunds will only be considered if the issue directly results from a failure of Editone international CRM’s core services as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription plan at any time. Once a cancellation request is submitted, no further subscription charges will be applied in future billing cycles.
However, your account will remain active and accessible until the end of your current billing period. During this time, you will continue to have access to all features included in your active plan.
After the current subscription period ends, and if the plan is not renewed, your account access will formally expire in accordance with the service terms.
